All content on dtmind.dev — text, graphics, AI models, code, branding — is owned by DATAMIND TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA, protected under Indonesian IP law.
Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Payments via Xendit are subject to Xendit's terms. Refund policies are outlined in applicable service contracts.
Services are provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the applicable service agreement.
These Terms are governed by Indonesian law. Disputes shall be resolved through Indonesian courts or mutually agreed arbitration.
